How to Clean the Fabric of a Garden Deck Chair?

Cleaning the fabric of the deck chair is relatively simple, and regular maintenance of the chair’s wood will ensure longer durability and help maintain a fresh appearance.

What should you do to clean the deck chair fabric? Here are a few steps to make the fabric clean again:

1. First, remove loose dirt

Shake the dirty deck chair fabric fabric to get rid of loose sand, leaves, and other debris.

The top and bottom rails of the frame have milled grooves. The fabric has sewn tunnels on the top and bottom edges, into which sticks/strips are inserted. You put the deck chair fabric on the frame by locking these strips into the frame grooves.

We recommend hand washing the deck chair fabric using lukewarm water and a mild laundry detergent. It’s best to soak the fabric for a few minutes, then gently shake and rub visible dirt.

4. Avoid bleach and high temperatures

When using cleaning products, avoid bleach as it can damage the fabric’s color. The material should also not be washed in hot water, as this may cause shrinking or damage to the fabric.

5. Rinse thoroughly
